If a digital camera im wanting to buy has a CRV3 lithium-ion battery, can i still use just plain AA batteries?
instead of the lithium, or will the camera only hold lithium ion batteries?
Li-ion batteries are the state of the art batteries and hold their charges longer and can last for years and years. Your camera might use AA’s in an emergency (like you did not charge your battery the night before you went out shooting), but generally AA’s are inferior to Li-ion batteries in many, many ways.
