Canon Optura
I can’t get the tape out of my Canon Optura 40 camcorder! help!?
I have had this camcorder for a few years now…and i have had this same problem before…i turn the camcorder on and it says remove tape (wen it isn’t even full) and it beeps 5 times…and then wen i open the compartment thing to get it out it makes this motor sound…and then it beeps three times…the tape just wont come out…i have called canon and they can’t help…and in the past i have had the same problem so I mailed it in..and it worked for a couple months but then it did the same thing…anybody know what to do? Im fed up with this thing!
Send your camera to Canon service centre for fixing your problem. As a user, nothing we can do. Let expert do it
